Include Form Name

Under print options, there’s an option to “Include Form Name”. When I check this on, I don’t see the form name printed anywhere. Is there something else I need to do to include this?

Hi Mike,

This is there for the Table of records and Default Layout print options.

It doesn’t have an effect on a custom layout.

If you want the form name to appear on every record on a custom layout, just add a static text object to your layout and type in the name of the form.

I’m assuming you’re talking about a custom layout because that’s the only place it wouldn’t show up when printed.
