Importing Numbers and Excel into Tapeforms for Ipad

Hi,

Can you tell me if Tap Form database can import Numbers and Excel files into Tapeforms database for Ipad ?
I saw it may be possible with csv files.
If it true, how one can convert Numbers or Excel files into csv files ?

For Numbers you’ll want use “Export” and select “CSV” then put it in Files somewhere. The swap over to Tap Forms to import the file from Files and import it to an existing form or a new form. On iPad, “Export” is available under the menu on the far right corner and on the Mac it’s under the File menu.

I don’t think Excel on iPad supports CSV export. You can save a copy of the XLSX file from Excel over to Files and then use Numbers to pick up the XLSX file. From there it’s the same as the above. On the Mac, you can export an Excel sheet into a CSV file, just do “Save As” and change the format to be “CSV” and put it on iCloud Drive so your iPad can pick it up.
