Ist es möglich, aus einer csv-Datei vorhandene Auswahlfelder in TapForms Pro zu importieren?

Ja, das ist möglich, allerdings nicht direkt. Zuerst müssen sie die Einstellsfelder in eine eigene Form importieren. Anschließend wählen sie diese Form in ihrer Auswahlliste aus.
BBcodes sind Markup-Codes, die zum Formatieren von Text verwendet werden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBCode

If you are referring to “Pick Lists” when you say “Selection Fields” (sorry, could be a bad translation), then you could just copy the values from the CSV file and paste them into the “Add Values…” popover that appears at the bottom-right of the Pick Lists inspector panel.
Oh my apologies, in Tap Forms 5, the Pick Lists edit screen is on the Settings window. But the Add Values button is still there. Just paste the values in and click the Done button. Tap Forms will parse the values entered and create a separate selectable value for each line.
