Import photos

Even if you select a photo folder by capturing records, photos will not be imported.
I do not see it in the manual, but how can I do it?

Hi bd,

You need to make sure you have a Photo field in your CSV file which has values that match the photo filenames inside the Photos folder for the import to work.

Make sure “Add missing fields” is also turned ON.

I entered the photo file name in the field value, but it does not work. Is my way wrong?

Did you have the full name to the filename of the photo?

E.g.

Movie Title<text>,Cover Image<photo>
The Terminator,terminator.jpg
The Martian,martian.jpg
Battlestar Galactica,battlestar.jpg

That’s all you have to do. Then select the CSV file, then select the Photos folder and import. Tap Forms will match up the entries in the CSV file with the photo file names from the Photos folder.
