Import into a linked form

    I have two forms linked using a one to many link. I have data exported from Filemaker Pro. I need to try and link the data back together. I understand there is no way to import related data but I do not want to have to type all my data in again. Can I using the new Mac app to import into a linked form or use cut and paste to put the data in. When I try and pase nothing happens. Some of the linked data is just one record but some is 50 records.

    Hi Ken,

     

    That is one feature that I didn’t add to the Mac version which I know I need to add. But you can do it on the iOS version and then sync to the Mac version. You would simply navigate to the linked record / field, then use the Import Records command from there. All the records will be linked to the parent record / field.
