    I have tried migrating my old TF to my new TF v5.

    Migrated file synched on icloud. The database is blank when I open it. What is wrong? The db size is 18.6 MB.

    If your old TF was prior to TF5, then I believe you need to export from the old Tap Forms and then import it into TF5.

    Hi Liz,

    Tap Forms 5 can migrate a backup file created in Tap Forms 4 over to Tap Forms 5.

    Make sure if the Tap Forms 4 database is encrypted, you decrypt it first. Then migrate it to Tap Forms 5.

    Are you migrating directly on the iPhone? Or did you migrate on another device first? If you did that, use the Send Document function to send a copy of the document from the device you migrated on to your iPhone. Then open it from there. If it’s blank, close it, then open it again. You should see all your forms.
