I have a small retail shop where we sell italian furniture, because I’m dealing with several companies and each one has is own product and with model, finishes, color etc… I create a excel template where I have all the attributes and in other sheet I have a “quote page” where with Data validation etc.. I create the quote for clients.
Not sure if Tapforms can be a nice replacement of Excel… any advise because I spend time, I download the trial.. but I’m super confuse, any good tutorial or some super expert can give me an idea if will work.

You can certainly use Tap Forms for products and invoices. In fact, I created an invoice tracking template that you can download from this thread:
