I was searching for a record whose email had a hyphen it in and no records could be found even though I know the record exists. I tested with my own email by adding a hyphen and again, no records were found when I searched it. Could this be a bug?
The search system treats the hyphen as a negation operator, wrap the search term in quotes to have it treat it as the literal string rather than trying to parse it.
