    In a multi-line list view report, how do you get a (custom-named) form header to print?

    I do not wnat to to use form name from the Forms List.

    Hi Charlie,

    The form name will always be printed when using the “Table of Records”. But it will also append the name of the Saved Search next to it, so you can customize it that way too.
