    Hello,

I used to have a vocabulary/culture database on FileMaker Pro, and I’m trying to recreate it on Tap Forms.

It’s a very simple one : an entry field, a definition field, a small picture field, and a source field. Four rectangles, as shown in the screen capture below.

As you can see, I clicked on + three times, so I created 3 new records, but I was unable to fill in the fields.

    I’m stuck!

Thanks for straightening me out. :)

PD: In case it might help, I’m adding a screen capture of one of the original “records” on FileMaker Pro. (I didn’t have pictures back then, but you get the idea…)

    Hi Oliver,

Make sure the layout inspector is not displayed on the right. Click the Layout button to toggle it. One mode is for moving around your fields on the screen and the other mode is for entering data into the fields. Showing or hiding the layout inspector panel switches between data entry mode and layout edit mode.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

Thanks very much, Brendan. I’m already into (re)creating records.

I’ll have some other questions, but I guess I’d better create new threads, for the sake of clarity.

    Regards,

    Ol.
