How to change date format all at once?

    Hi,
    I don’t know why and since when, but I noticed that every date field of every form have changed into US date format MM/dd/yyyy and time format as well.
    I started to change them manually, but this is fastidious. Is there a tip to change the date format of the whole database all at once?
