How do YOU use Tap Forms?

I’m relatively new to Tap Forms, with just a few weeks under my belt.

I’ve already thought of half a dozen uses but would love to hear not only other people’s ideas…but which ones have you implemented and have sustained use; i.e. you didn’t start the project just to drop it a few weeks later?
