How do I get rid of this?

I think I hit a save button on the layout forms accidentally and I believe this appeared. How do I get rid of it? It’s the ‘cassi’ icon below my folder.

That appears to be a saved search. If you right click on the name ‘cassi’ an option is to delete the saved search.

That’s correct. Or under the Forms menu when you have a Saved Search selected, the “Delete Form…” menu command will change to “Delete Search…”.
