    Hi,

    I recently bought an ipad 2017 and installed tapforms 5. When i tried to download my forms, it hangs then eventually crashes. I also couldn’t download the files from icloud.

    I also noticed that it didnt sync the folders I created. Just the forms insinde those folders. How to solve this? Thanks

    Tap Forms doesn’t sync folders on the main Database Documents window. Syncing is done only at the database level. So you’ll have to create the folders yourself.

    If Tap Forms hangs when trying to open a document, please reboot your device and that’ll solve the problem.
