Is there a possibility to generate a photo sheet of the recordings with the name of a field below for example?
I did not find this function.
It could be in the printing options for example.
We can do this by selecting only the photos field but it is only displayed on a column.
Or a function to add to Tap Forms?
    Thank you

Create a new custom layout and set it for “labels” in the “design for” section. Then you can drag and drop the fields into a label to make a photo sheet.

When you have the custom layout selected, if you do a print (File > Print) you should see your custom layout previewed and can either print to a printer or save to a PDF file.

I’ve decided to start making some videos of forums responses because terse textual replies aren’t always helpful. I converted this one into a video covering creating a form, creating the custom layout and looking at the print dialog.

Yup. That’s right. With the label layout selected, use the Print command and set the Print layout option to Record details or labels.

    Hi,
Thanks for your help and video
I hadn’t thought of trying “Details”
    I stayed on “Record table”
Two questions :-)) (see in join for these)
1 – How to display the recordings in color? Is it possible ?
2 -The different header and footer fields are not displayed in label mode? Is this possible?

    Hi Pierrot,

Headers and footers don’t display in label mode. Because they’re mostly designed for actually printing labels, so you wouldn’t want the header and footer to be printed on top of your label sheets.

You can choose a colour to display the titles on the label editing view. Just select the field box and select a colour for the text. They will all print the same colour though, not red and black like you have in your screenshot.

    Hi Brendan,

    Thank you for your answer

I understood well for the labels mode and the layout.
This is precisely why I asked the question ;-))
Couldn’t it be an improvement of the software to integrate the possibility of creating photo boards in full page?
several photo software allow you to make hot plates without using label format pages.

All of our databases contain photos.
It might be useful to be able to produce photo plates with a title field at least under each
This would also allow you to have headers and footers, titles …

Regarding color, I saw this possibility.
    But that’s not what I want ;-))
It is related to the script concerning the coloring of a recording line.
In my collections, I check the field if I have the object in collection and it works well thanks to your help and that of Sam
So I would like that for the photo board mode, a field will be colored under the photo if this recording is checked in the collection.
It may be complicated or impossible but I ask the question ;-))

Thanks in any case for the responsiveness
