    Is it possible that a function can be added which will allow sub-questions to be shown based on the selection of the field for example:

    Question 1 – Is there a fire alarm installed?

    No = proceed to Q2

    Yes = Show sub questions Q1.1, Q1.2 an so on.

    Hello NWR,

    That sounds more like a survey type application than a database type application. I think I’ve seen some survey type apps on the app store.
