Function Problem : Removal of Field from Emailing Record –

In Forms With Email of field deselected , the field remains in the email. Information on why this is not working would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi James,

Are you referring to the iOS or Mac version?

And do you mean that you’ve disabled the Email Field option on the Field properties screen? Then when you email it’s including the field in the email regardless of that setting?

Its IOS , yes when I configure disable (not to email the field) it still gets included in email.

UPDATE : When print field is disabled the field is correctly not include in the print BUT in email the field is also excluded. So disabling the field to print removes the field from both print and email. As it stands you cant omit from email without also omitting from print. Not a major issue for me now that I know. Hope feedback helps. Regards, James

Hi James,

I’ve found and fixed the bug. Tap Forms will now exclude fields from the email when the Email Field switch is OFF.
