After getting all devices to sync. This afternoon I get a freeze on iphone 5s. Starting up TF was slow and after the screen with the forms TF freezes to a sudden death. Only a reinstall, disabling sync, setting encryption key, enabling sync set things right.
resetting iphone didn’t do the trick

I would have suggested that before you did all that, just let it sit there for a while. That issue I had with the freezing while Tap Forms was downloading files from iCloud in the background appears to still be there on the Files screen.
