Formatting of the champ fiel

Hi Brendan,
Is there a function to change the formatting of the Note field in bulk?
I would like to standardize the font and its size for all records in the database.

Hi Pierrot,

Yes. On the Default Layout on macOS, click the little Note field button next to your note field. Then select all the text on the Note field. Then set the font style and size. Then click the “Apply Font Style to All Records” button.

Tap Forms will update the font for that field for every record in that form.

Also, if you don’t care about font styling, then you can enable the “Plain Text Note” option on your Note field.
