    First, if there a way to view a different form layout on the phone. It always comes up to the default view. Second, if there a way to make a certain form layout the default view?

    Hi Jesse,

    Custom layouts are a Mac-only feature. Tap Forms will remember the last layout you had selected when you click on a form.
