    I have created today database / form of books in Mac program with 200 records with photos. After sync to iOS version via iCloud I noticed the form “Books” disappeared from Mac version. It is still available in iPhone. Where to check / what to do to get the Form back on Mac version.

    Interestingly on the Cmd + 0 (documents overview screen) it shows plenty of megabytes for this document.

    Hi Dmitry,

    Try modifying the form’s icon or name on the iPhone. It should sync back to the Mac after that.
