After updating to Version 1.1 my data entry layout is missing about half of the field titles. Many of these are checkboxes and it’s hard to know what the checkboxes are for without titles. Is there a solution for getting them back? The field placeholder is there and I can type in the titles, but for some of the checkboxes it’s going to be difficult to remember the titles. I’ve included a small screenshot of one section where shows that some titles are there, but most are missing.

    Hi Colleen,

Are these all Checkmark fields displayed on a custom layout? Or am I seeing a Pick List with the Checkbox “Display As” option enabled? It’s a little hard to tell from your screenshot as it’s so close up.

Are the field names also missing on the Default Layout?

You can always just drag back out the fields from the Fields list at the lower-right and if you have the “Create Field Titles” option enabled, Tap Forms will re-create the field titles for you.

    Thanks,

They are not from a pick list, they are individual fields. The titles are present in the default layout, but missing on this custom layout. I know I can drag them back on, or I can retype them as the title boxes are there, but just empty. I can determine the field title by switching back to the default. But I thought you might need to know this had happened in case it was a bug you need to fix.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll keep an eye out for it to see if it happens for me.

Maybe give universal layouts a try and see how that goes for you. It keeps the field title with the field regardless.
