I am looking at using TapForms but would like to know if I can export the results of a search (query) on a form (table) to a CSV file for import into another program (MailChimp). So I only want to send to the file the entries that satisfy the search criteria.

    Hello Richard,

Yes, you can do this. Just setup a saved search and then whenever you activate that saved search and then use the Export Records command, Tap Forms will generate a CSV file that contains only the records which matched the search rules.

    Thanks!

Thanks for this. Another question. Is it possible for the same database to be accessible from several computers, not simultaneously though? Would each computer required a separate licence?

    Hi Richard,

Only if each computer uses the same iCloud Apple ID. If the computers are your own in your own household, you only need the one license. If you’re talking about a business, then each computer needs its own license.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
