I have been using Tap Forms to make a database of people attending an event that I’m holding. I have saved their contact information with either an email or mobile number. I was just wondering if there is a way in which you can email the stored email for each record all at the same time – basically sending a generic email to all attendees? I’m aware you can do it one by one, by clicking on the email within the record, but I was hoping for a slightly faster method!

No, sorry there’s no function for this in Tap Forms.

Actually, I think you could do it with a little work. Get TF to export the list to a file and then run that file through an AppleScript or perhaps Automator script to send out the emails to everyone in the list.
