DropBox Issue

    Every time I attempt to upload a file to dropbox on my iphone I get an error telling me to login to my dropbox account. This occurs even though I am logged in to dropbox. Using the dropbox icon in Tap Forms just loops back to the dropbox app and ask me to allow tap forms to communicate with dropbox. Once I click allow I am in the dropbox app but with no access to the tap forms files.

    Hello Will,

    This can happen if you have both Tap Forms and Tap Forms LT on your device. Is that the case here? It happened because they’re sharing the same Dropbox access key. I’ve updated all editions of Tap Forms to now have their own Dropbox access key. I will be releasing the update shortly.

    I originally loaded LT to try the program out but after purchasing the full version delete LT from my phone. I am still having the same issue.

    Have you tried rebooting your phone? I mean power it off completely then turn it on again.
