Display as barcode???

I have a number field in my custom layout with display as barcode checked, but the layout isn’t displaying a barcode. Am I misunderstanding how to implement a barcode field?

I think I figured it out. Barcodes will not display in custom layouts “universal” selected under “Designed For:”. To display the barcodes, “Screen,” “Printer,” or “Labels” must be selected. I could be missing it, but I don’t think this is documented at https://www.tapforms.com/help-mac/pro/en/topic/barcodes?q=barcode

Hi John,

Ah you’re right. I haven’t implemented displaying the barcode image on the Universal Layouts yet. I’ll add that to my todo list. Sorry for the omission.
