    As topic title described. Number data behind decimal point can not be showed.
    iOS version 4.0.1 (305) for both iPhone and iPad

    This is a bug that I’ve fixed for the 4.0.2 update that I’m waiting to submit to Apple for review. I’m just waiting for them to release a version of Xcode that I can use on El Capitan that I can submit the update with.

    In any case, there’s a simple workaround for now that will give you access to the Decimal Places function again. Switch your Field Type on your Number field to a Calculation field type. Then set the Decimal Places value. Then switch it back to a Number field type.
