how do you input the date in the ‘CREDIT CARD’ form in the expiry field. I tried several ways to input it but im getting “the value is invalid”. For example the expiry date is 5/14, how do you input it.
Is there a way to custom format of the date just like bento?

Actually that date field is a real Date field. So you’ll need to include the day as well. I know that doesn’t really make much sense for a credit card. I should have thought of that before I created that form. You can easily just switch that field to a Text field type so then you can type in 5/14. Either that or just use the 1st day of the month, so enter 01/05/14.
