All my data is there if I look at the default layout or if I look at the custom layout in the grid, but on my data entry layout, the fields are all blank. This happened on two of my forms within one database. Other databases seem fine. I can only fix it by either making a whole new layout or deleting the fields and adding them back in. In the image below, you can see that I added back the field for first and last names, but all the other fields remain empty even though there is data associated with them.

If you’d like to send me a backup of your document to support@tapforms.com, I can take a closer look to see if somehow the layout items have been disconnected from their fields somehow.
