Data from Previous Form

    Is there a way to incorporate data typed in a previous form into a calculation field in a new form with the same title?

    For example: Your form consists of dollar bill meters for a vending machine. Each form has several vending machines listed with fields for the specific machine’s Current Meter, Previous Meter, and Total Earnings.

    The Current Meter you would always type in when you’re at the machine, but the Previous Meter would be imported from last week’s form’s Current Meter.

    Hi,

    The calculation field performs calculations only with values on the current record. Each record does not know about the existence of any previous or next records.
