I use the multicolumn list view to keep track of specific items from several vendors [with a picklist] with relevant serial numbers in another field. I also have a checkbox to indicate when that specific item has been registered. I would like to create a smaller subset or report of my multicolumn list to show all items from “vendor A” that have not yet been registered. I am not sure the best way to accomplish this.

I found the advanced search and way to accomplish this. Now just trying to figure out how to return from that search result back to default view
Solved. I found the Forms list where it saves the advanced search.
