created form not appearing in forms menu

I’m new to the program and am baffled at not seeing my newly created forms appearing in the forms menu…
What am I missing…
There doesn’t appear to be a clearly defined “Save Your New Creation” button…

Hello Nic,

After you’ve created your new form you’ll see it displayed in the Select a Form screen. If you selected a category when creating the form, it will be under that category. However, if you didn’t specify a category, it will appear under the Uncategorized category in that list.
