Contacts

I like the contact field type and would like to use it to collect a small DB of patients details. However I do not want it to get into my contact address book on my mac – ie I want to keep it separate – Is there a way to do this and still keep the two separate?

Hi John,

Tap Forms for Mac has an Import Contacts function which will read in all of the contacts from the Apple Contacts database. It’s a copy of the contacts from the Apple database, so you could import them into Tap Forms and then keep them separate after that.

Tap Forms will create a Contacts form for you and then import the Contact records.
