ct4ParticipantI have Tap Forms Pro app 1.2.2 on iOS 26.4.1 and Tap Forms Pro version 1.2.,2 on Mac Tahoe 26.4.1
However I cannot get anything to sync using iCloud+. On the Mac I get the message that “the .tftpro file already exists, so delete from cloud+ Sync before selecting Cloud+ again”. So I do that and select Cloud + again. The syncing looks as though it is happening but it never completes – I get the box that says it is sending 98 of 98 items and the bar looks as though it is complete but it gets stuck there. I then have to Force Quit. I have gone back to using just Cloud sync but now that will not work either. Any suggestions anyone?? ThanksApril 19, 2026 at 4:01 AM #53997
ct4ParticipantThis has become very frustrating now. I have followed a video on this and I have chosen the None sync button in the settings/sync, then deleted the document from iCloud. I then go to iCloud+ and it tells me the document (.tfpro) still exists in iCloud, even tho I have deleted it. I have now given up on trying to sync.

BrendanKeymasterHi ct4,
If you get the message that the document exists already in iCloud (or Cloud+ Sync), then that means you’ve already uploaded that document. There’s a button that lets you delete the document from iCloud or Cloud+ Sync. You’ll need to click on that and then try syncing again. Then on your other devices you download the document instead of also trying to enable sync on those other devices.
So you upload on device A, then download on device B, C, D, etc. to sync properly.
Why it got stuck uploading, I’m not sure. If you’d like me to look further into it, please email me at support@tapforms.com and send me a backup of your document and I’ll try syncing it here to see why it’s getting stuck.
Perhaps there’s a really big attachment or photo or something that’s taking a while to upload.
Thanks,
Brendan
