Marcel HalbeisenParticipantI have a document with multiple formulas on my iPhone and want to sync them with my iPad and MacBook using Cloud+ Sync. It worked fine with regular iCloud syncing, but with Cloud+ Sync, only some of the entries in all the forms are synced. I‘ve deleted the old file on the iPad, the the Sync startet properly, but less than 50% of the entries are synct.
What’s going on here? Is there a way to fix this?August 27, 2026 at 7:37 PM #54500
BrendanKeymasterHi Marcel,
That’s very strange. I’ve not had this issue before in all my testing.
Are you using the latest 1.3.1 version of Tap Forms Pro for iOS and Mac?
If not, I’d suggest updating. I did some work on Cloud+ Sync in the last update to make it more reliable.
I would start by removing the document from your iOS devices. Then on the Mac select the None sync option. Then click the “Delete document from” popup button and choose Cloud+ Sync.
Next, click the Cloud+ Sync option again. Wait for Tap Forms Pro to finish syncing completely. In 1.3.1 you’ll see a download phase happen after the upload finishes. Wait for that to finish.
Then re-download the document from your other devices from the iCloud Documents screen in Tap Forms Pro. It’s the cloud download button on the main Documents screen.
Thanks,
Brendan

Marcel HalbeisenParticipantHello Brendan
Thanks for the answer and sorry for the delay, but I was in holiday :-)
Thee that I have is, that I have the main database on the iPhone. I used it in my holiday and it works absolutely fine. On the iPad, the database is always updated with the newest entries, but not with the older ones that are never synct. The same on my MacBook Pro.
I always use the newest versions of the software, so this should be OK.Now, what do you think is the best way to do when the „master version“ is on the iPhone?
Thanks for your help

Marcel HalbeisenParticipantOne additional information:
I deleted the data base on the MacBook, and made a sync with the database on Cloud+ Sync. Here two, only a part of the entries are synct, and the numbers are exactly the same as on the iPad. Examples:Whisky: iPhone 317 / iPad and MacBook 115
Beer: iPhone 4049 / iPad and MacBook 1463
Music: iPone 2374 / iPad and MacBook 819
And so on…. Stange….September 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM #54521
Marcel HalbeisenParticipantAnd another, maybe helpfull information:
It isn‘t that all old entries are unsync, and the newer are in sync.-
