Is it possible to choose which fields are going to be visible in list view?
It seems to get them in order of appearance on the form…
Yes, that’s how it gets them. But you can choose from 2 to 5 of the first fields in the list. And if you put a Photo field in the first spot, it will show to the left of the next fields. So technically you can display up to 6 fields on the list view. The Checkmark field works the same way. Except it’s live in the list, so if you tap on it in the list view, it toggles the checkmark value.
