Is there a way to change fonts for individual entries in a file and color coding the entries . . . let’s say by importance ?

    Hi Otakar,

You did email me with this question earlier and I answered, but I’ll answer here too so others will know what I suggested.

There’s actually a couple of ways you can handle this.

One is you can use the Record Colour feature where you can give a record a colour and it will change the colour of the background on the list view.

To set a colour, click the colour button at the bottom of the record details view.

Another option is to add a Pick List that has colours associated with each value.

Then you can set the Record Colour Field to the field you’ve assigned the Pick List to.

Now when you view your list of records, you’ll see a colour bar appear to the left of every item that has a specific value assigned to it.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
