I’ve been using TFP for tracking vehicle maintenance. I simply enter in the information from the invoice. I would like to know of more useful ways of tracking maintenance now that my cars are older. I want to be able to see the history better. Any suggestions? I am not using the pro version nearly to its potential.

Hi Phloem,
There’s a couple of ways you can do it. One is to create a Saved Search for each Car Model and use that to see all the maintenance records for just that vehicle.
Or you can create a separate form called Cars (or something), with basic information about each car. Then link to your Car Maintenance form.
That way you keep your records organized by vehicle.
The Saved Search method is probably the easiest to accomplish though.
