    Hi Brendan,

    I’m transferring my tap form database to my new iphone5 by backing up the database, upload to dropbox, then download and restore, after that, the unprotected forms seem to be ok, but I can’t seem to unlock encrypted forms, it wouldn’t take the unencryption key that worked on old phone.

    Hello,

    You will need to go to the Security Settings on your new iPhone 5 and tap on Set Encryption Key. Then enter the EXACT SAME encryption key you used on your older phone. That should do it.

    If you enter it in wrong you’ll get garbage characters or no characters at all when viewing your locked forms.
