I’m using TF Pro on an iPad, newest version of IOS.
I’ve transferred over a database where I track my hours working on specific projects. I was able to continue tracking my hours without issue on an existing project, but when I opened a new one, the calculations to keep a running total of hours worked kept resulting in zero.
I then tried creating a new field in the table that houses hours worked that would hold the total, but every time I tried to add a calculation field, TF added an Audio Recording field.
None of this makes sense as I repeated these actions in TF 5 without issue.
Hi Karen,
Have you updated to the latest 1.0.4 version of Tap Forms Pro? There was an issue with 1.0.3 which caused totals to display as 0.
Oh, and the issue with adding a field to a Table field giving you the wrong field is fixed with my next update that I’m still working on.
I have updated to the newest version. I suspect it was user error. I had made a change to the database, and when I did I inadvertently named 2 fields the same name. The calculation didn’t know where to draw from. Once I fixed that, all worked fine.
