Is there any differencw at all whether I buy Tap Forms from the website, or from the Apple App store. Thinking of future upgrades, for example? Or does it make a difference if I intend to buy the iOS version too?

No, it doesn’t make a difference if you intend to buy the iOS version. Both versions will work with the iOS version. I do earn more from direct purchases and you can still install Tap Forms Mac on multiple Macs with the direct version. The nice thing about the direct download version is when I release an update, the next time you launch it after or use the Check for Update feature, Tap Forms will display a nice window that contains a list of all the changes that have been made in that update. The Mac App Store version doesn’t do that because Apple didn’t allow it. They want you to go to the Mac App Store to find out what’s new.
