    Hi Brendan,

    MacOS 26.0
    Tap Forms Pro 1.0.11

All my bullet texts in rich text note field disappeared after updating to 1.0.11. Still there on iOs…

Would you please have a look ?

    Thanks a lot !

Seeing the same behaviour here too.

Glad it’s not just me, I’ve been chasing my tail for an hour trying to correct the missing bullets.

    Cheers,
    John

    I’ll look into this issue.

That’s weird. Maybe it’s a Tahoe issue. Looks fine on macOS Sequoia. 1.0.11 is the first build that was made on Tahoe though. So it’s not something I’ve directly done. But I’ll see if I can figure out what’s happening.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hello Brendan,

I have just updated to 1.0.12 but the bullet formatting, reported in my first message above, is still NOK.

When do you plan to correct the bug ? This is important for my workflow.

    Thank you,
    Laurent

    Whoops, sorry about that.

I see what you mean now. I just tested it on Tahoe and it looks ok initially, but when I save it, and enter the Note field again, they disappear. No idea why just yet.

I’ve found the reason for this issue. I believe it’s an Apple bug, but I have found a workaround for it.

The next update will have the fix and your bullets should re-appear. They’re not gone. They’re just not being displayed by macOS Tahoe.

    Hi Brendan,

Thank you for the update, which solved the issue in the default presentation, still the bullets are missing in printed reports…

Would you please have a look ?

    Thank you,

Hmm… printed reports. Ok, I’m going to have to look into that issue. I had only investigated it in the default and custom layouts.

Is it a custom layout printout or the default layout printout?

It is the report from default layout

If it will help here are my observations, using Tap Forms on Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Bullets in text Notes now show correctly on screen, in all views, before and after synch between devices.
Bullets in text Notes print correctly in custom reports on Mac.
Bullets in text Notes do not appear in default reports on Mac, iPad and iPhone. They do not appear in the print dialogue thumbnail views, nor in the physical print.

    Cheers,
    John
