First of all, great app. I was wanting to buy it but missed all the sales a couple of months back. Anyway, grabbed it yesterday and it’s as good as I’d imagined. So the bug.
If, for example you’re typing in a web address and you tap and hold “.com” and the other options appear, if you just pick “.com” anyway from the new set of extra options and then tap Save, the app becomes unresponsive. Have rebooted phone and it’s easily reproducible.

Tap Forms is attempting to download an icon from the website. Perhaps it’s just taking the website a little longer to respond than you had expected. What website address were you using? Perhaps I can duplicate the problem. I just tried your steps with http://www.apple.com and it worked fine.
