Hi I have a fully loaded bento database for cars and caravan sales and services. I’ve used bento for several years now but really want to move over to something that I can access the information stored in the database from work and at home. There are an awful lot of categories in my bento libraries and I am wondering is it better to start the libraries from scratch as opposed to importing them across? Some starting tips would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling somewhat overwhelmed.

I would recommend following the Bento Template Import instructions available from the Help menu in Tap Forms for Mac. From there you will need to re-create any “smart lists” that you may have had in Bento. You may also need to re-create some of your formulas as they don’t always transfer over correctly due to differences in capabilities of the Calculation field types.
