I’m trying to find a more efficient way of linking many records between forms.
I have several hundred imported appointment details. These need to be linked with names in a different form. For many of these names, there are several to a dozen or two appointments.
In the appointment details form, I can click the check mark to “select and link existing records”.
But I can only do that one appointment record at a time. I can’t copy/paste the link, I can’t drag to populate (in the spreadsheet view).
Is doing them individually my only option?

When you link in a record you can multi-select the child records to link.
Or alternatively, if you have any field that’s common between the parent and child, you can use a Join Link Type to have Tap Forms establish the relationships for you automatically.
Otherwise it’s a manual process.

Thanks Brendan, that was exactly what I needed. Multi-select did the trick. I’m happy to learn about the Join Link Type. I’ll definitely be using that in the future.
