is there anyway to create a new record from an e-mail? I am trying to create a workflow for my service tecs where we could e-mail a work order to them and then they could use TapForms to gather the record the job information and then e-mail it back when they are done.

Well, you can email the contents of a record, but you can’t get that back into Tap Forms automatically. You could copy and paste the values but I’m afraid that would be just as time consuming as re-entering it.
