Chris MedeirosParticipantHi Brendan!
Two issues I’m experiencing with Version 1.1 (Build 486).
– This just started happening. In a Photo field, when I use the “Add from your Photo Library” button or Drag and Drop, the image is being rotated counter clockwise 90º.
– For some reason, in just some forms, on a Date & Time field, clicking on the Date button immediately enters the current date and time without the dialog box to select the desired date and time. I have been experiencing this for awhile now.
Any ideas? I have restarted TFP.

Cliff RichardsonParticipantRe: date and Time. Are you using universal forms? If so, might be related to this:

BrendanKeymasterHi Chris,
The rotation issue is a bug. I’ve fixed it for the 1.2 update I’m soon to release.
You won’t need to do anything. They’ll display properly with the next update.
Are you using universal layouts, a custom layout, or the default layout for the date fields? The universal layout date controls are still something I need to address so they look and behave like the ones on the other views.
Thanks,
Brendan

BrendanKeymasterOh, but generally when you click on the date field popover, you get the current date.

Chris MedeirosParticipantHi Brendan,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Thank you for fixing the rotation issue.
I’m experiencing the popover issue with some Date & Time fields in the default layout. Not in all Date & Time field popovers, but always the same fields.

Chris MedeirosParticipantHi Brendan,
First, thank you for all you do regarding TFP!
Regarding the popover not working some Date & Time fields are clicked, but not others, I have been able to narrow it down to a specific instance. From a parent record, when I click on a ‘Link to Form’ field’s “Add new record details” button, it opens a new record, but it’s then that the Date & Time field popovers do not work. If I go directly to the form containing the child records and create a new record there, then the popovers work correctly.
I hope I explained that clearly.

BrendanKeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for the added details.
I just tested that very scenario. Clicked on the
Add new record detailsbutton on a Link to Form field. Then clicked the button next to the date field on the child record (on the Default Layout), and the popover appeared. I double-clicked on a date and it updated the child record’s date field.Would you be able to make a screen recording to show that to me so I can see how you have everything setup? You can send it to me at support@tapforms.com.
Thanks,
Brendan
