I added a checkmark field for ‘Withdrawn’ (I’m keeping info about club members). The default value for the checkmark was ‘not checked’. The field got added ok but when the list view refreshed the data in the new column seemed to be a random combination of checked in some rows and unchecked in others. The titles at the top of the list view were off by one.
When I refreshed the view, all the of the new checkmarks in the ‘Withdrawn’ column were checked and greyed out but the form view showed the checkmark in the proper state. The titles at the top of the list view were correct.
