I’m not sure how you might have named it, but I would like to create a database record for ‘Project Materials’ in which I have the following entries (example)
Material
Color
Qty
Designer
Manufacture
Source
Website
Cost
Total Cost
Because these entries are all part of one Project Entry and there will be more than one entry under this title shown as a record of use I would like to have them in a table/list form.
Could you point me towards the right tutorial/label for such a form which would accomplish that? Thanks.

Hi Kim,
Sure! What you’re looking for is the “Link to Form” field type. You’ll want to create your separate forms, then link them together by adding a Link to Form field.
