kevin sParticipantI am using iOS.
When I select a photo and then click paste photo for the photo field it doesn’t matter which photo I select it always pastes the same wrong photo.

kevin sParticipantI honestly don’t know how you can sell an app that doesn’t work. I have only just lurchased it. I need a solution urgently or I will require a refund.

BrendanKeymasterHi Kevin,
I haven’t experienced this issue you’re referring to about pasting a photo. Is it Tap Forms 5 you’re using? In Tap Forms 5 I haven’t added the Paste Photo function yet, so perhaps you’re using version 4.0.7?
I’ll have to look into adding it to version 5. Although this is the first time it’s been mentioned to me before, so I don’t think the Paste Photo function was very popular before.
I just tested it out in version 4.0.7 and it pasted the photo that was on the clipboard correctly.
In version 5 you can have multiple photos per field. But right now the only options are to use the camera or access a photo from your Photo Library.
Thanks,
Brendan

kevin sParticipantI am using v5.0.8.
When I click the + sign in a photo field it givesme the option to select a photo from my iphone. I click a photo and it is selected. I then click “select” at the top of the screen still in my photos. Then it goes back to the tap forms record. I click the + again and select paste photo but it pastes the ohoto from the clipoard, it doesn’t paste the photo that I just selected. It always pastes the wrong photo from the clipboard and I have even deleted this photo but your app never pastes the photo I selected.

kevin sParticipantThe problem is when photo library is optimised and full versions of photos are in the cloud and not on the device. For some reason the full version isn’t downloaded when in select mode so no photo is every selected. I changed my iphone settings to download originals which has fixed the problem and I don’t even have to select paste photo it mow adds the photo automatically when I click select.

BrendanKeymasterOops. I forgot that I added the Paste photo function to 5 :) I guess I didn’t have anything on the clipboard at the time I tested it. But now that I do, Paste Photo worked properly for me, pasting the photo from the clipboard.
I don’t have my photos in iCloud, so perhaps that’s why I haven’t seen this problem before.
